What credit score do I need? Does financing affect my credit?

The credit score required for financing depends on multiple factors, and it is not the sole determinant of eligibility. Checking your eligibility will not impact your credit score. However, if you choose to finance through Affirm , your credit score may be affected by the loan and subsequent payments. Making timely payments can positively contribute to your credit history, while late or non-payment can negatively impact your credit score.

How long can I finance for?

The length of financing terms varies based on the value of the product. Affirm offers terms of 3, 6, 12, and 24 months. The specific terms available to you will be displayed during the financing process. Please note that interest rates may vary depending on the chosen term.

Do I have to wait until the grill is paid off before I receive it?

No, you do not need to wait until the grill is fully paid off to receive it. Once your financing is approved and the order is processed, we initiate the fulfillment process. You can enjoy your grill while making the scheduled payments according to your financing agreement.

How much is the required down payment?

The required down payment depends on your eligibility for financing. If you qualify for the full financing amount, no down payment is required. However, if the financing provider approves only a portion of the amount, the remaining balance will serve as the down payment.

Can I make larger payments than the minimum amount?

Certainly! You have the flexibility to make payments larger than the minimum amount each month. These additional payments will reduce the principal of the loan, helping you pay off the balance faster.  Affirm does not charge early payment penalties, allowing you to save on interest by paying off your loan sooner.

Why was my financing application denied? Can I use someone else's information?

We do not have control over the approval process, so we are unable to determine the exact reason for a denial. If your financing application is rejected, we recommend reaching out to Affirm  directly for more information. It is important to use your own accurate information when applying for financing. Affirm  may use the provided information to verify your identity and process loan payments.

Can I pay half of the amount now and the remaining balance upon grill arrival?

Unfortunately, we do not accept partial payments for grill purchases. We require full payment upfront or the option to finance through Affirm. This ensures a seamless order process and allows us to initiate the fulfilment of your grill.
